Payments to authorized publishers of press titles from the 2022 List of Reprographics

The Management Board of the Association of Journalists and Publishers Repropol, on the basis of the authorization from § 3 point 5 and § 28 sec. 1 point 1 of the Association’s Statute and in accordance with § 12 point 1 of the Distribution Regulations, decided in Resolution No. 27/2023 to divide the total amount of PLN 6,490,542.33 (before deducting the costs of repartitioning) for the distribution of the reprographic fee for 2022 and adopted the list of 6181 press titles together with the gross amounts of remuneration for entitled persons (pursuant to Articles 20 and 201 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights). 1,193 titles did not reach the statutory payment threshold of PLN 100.00 in 2022. The amounts allocated to these titles were added to the payout pool for publishers of 4,988 press titles. Repropol has started sending these publishers accounting documents on the basis of which transfers are made.
